Candles in the Wind by Chayan Chatterjee

Standing in the darkness alone
You the brave heart,
Spreading the rays of hopes to weak,
Melting the silence apart.
Trembling lights in cautious hand
Speaking the unspoken words aloud,
Inaudible but heard in great decibel
Than mike. Then some feels about
Stand by side, starting a journey,
Initially slow but steady in flight.
Accusing injustice, demanding rights
Soon joined by many more comrades
Who together tear silence of the dreadful nights.
Cold wind never able to stop your firm steps
You the flickering soldiers of humanity
Quaking the most solid throne you march ahead
Silently and peacefully with no casualties.
You won the hardest battle before and I know
You will this time too, your lights joins the whole world
As the dreadful time must pass through.
You are the lights of victory, the passion in romance,
Your presence gives courage, your prayers are never
Unheard.
